Welcome to HR TidBLITZ

Here are the key premises of this page:

  • HR HELP HR.  Who would understand us better than people from our own field?
  • This does not claim to be a 'know-it-all' page in the field of Human Resources.
  • A person is behind this page managing it, thus, it is subject to 'human flaws'.
  • HR People READ.  So while this page aims to eventually also explore other possible media platforms to reach more HR professionals and gain following in terms of interest in what we do, it is for people who want (need) to read.
  • It aims to also be a quick repository or archive of important references for any HR professional.
  • At certain points there may be instances that collaboration with other HR Professionals or HR Organizations may also happen. The HR practice is about benchmarking and collaboration after all.

As a General guideline, posts shall be properly categorized into the following:

#REFERENCES
These are posts which pertain to official postings, executive orders, etc. These posts shall have the appropriate 'source' acknowledgement.  Possible sources are the Department of Labor and Employment, Occupational Safety and Health guidelines, International Labor Organization (ILO) Standards, or even government proclamations.

#HRXtra FACTS
These are knowledge-building posts which readers can look into if they want to learn more about the HR Profession.  These do not claim to anything rather than musings from a fellow-HR business partner.

#HRCOLLAB
These are posts where we may have  also articles written or video clips from other HR Professionals, HR Organizations or institutions and the likes of which the readers may also benefit from.  So yes, with proper discussion, we are welcoming other content creators and HR Organizations can also use this page for their own needs.

#HRBUILDUP
Posts that pertain to tools of our trade and information which may be useful for HR people.  These can be ready-to-use excel sheets, some word document templates, and even some presentation templates which can help others get that 'management approval' for a program pitch!

The life of an HR professional in itself is already a COMPLEX ONE.  So, I guess what this blog site is aiming for is to HELP in every way possible.  AND YOU CAN BE A PART of this COMMUNITY OF HELPERS.

So there you go!  Just an introduction of what to expect in this blog site.  hopefully, when we reach enough following, we can move to the other platforms where we can have more interaction.   But to reach that, let us all take that first step in building the HR TidBLITZ.  Your BLOG.  HR BLOG.  PEOPLE's BLOG.
